  • Up to 30 internal & external photographs taken of
    property & emailed to your Real Estate Agent, in
    an approx size of 1500 x 1071 pixels in jpeg format.
    Fees below are per house per visit. Add $40 if you require all photos in High Res on usb.

    • Same prices apply as above for blocks of land. (Sorry we do not dusk shoots but can arrange for a photo to be converted to dusk for a $10 fee per photo, see portfolio page for sample.)

  • 4 Drone Photos when purchased with day shoot package add $90, must be shot at the same time
  • Drone Photos are heavily discounted when purchased with a day shoot package, if you require 4 drone photos ONLY take the day shoot fee above and add $30, i.e. Urangan $110, Walligan $150

**Terms & Conditions. Above fees do not include photo shopping. Price includes 4 higher res photos to initial agent only within one month. Owners can request an emailed set within one month of shoot date free of charge, after then there is a $20 admin fee payable $30 for drone. Further re-issues to another agent will also incur a $20 admin fee plus another $30 for 4 high res photos & $30 for reissue of Drone shots. Payment to be made at time of shoot or within 7 days for approved account customers. Fees based on 20 mins max spent on site for one visit. Property must be ready for shoot before photographer gets there and is shot as presented on his arrival. Upon payment client is given licence to use photos & video to market property. Bayphotos shall not be liable for any legal claim or damages resulting from publication of images & client shall indemnify Bayphotos against any such claim. Commissioning photographer is acceptance of these terms. Photos & videos copyright are owned by Bayphotos & may be used for marketing. Prices may change without notice.
